Accessibility
The sections of the Neuer Strand Lake Neusiedl are mostly barrier-free. All public areas such as the Reception, Restaurant, Beach bar and the Greengrocer’s are equipped with lifts and ramps. If you have any questions about barrier-free access to Neuer Strand, please contact us. We will be happy to help you and provide advice on your choice of activities and accommodation on site.
Arrival and location
Travelling by bike
The Lake Neusiedl Cycle Trail (“Neusiedler See Radweg”) and the Cherry Blossom Cycle Trail (“Kirschblüten Radweg”) lead directly past the “Seestraße” in the direction of Neuer Strand. There are numerous charging stations for e-bikes on site.
Travelling by train
The nearest train station is in Breitenbrunn, 4.5 kilometres from Neuer Strand. We recommend combining train and bike for your journey to us.
Travelling by ferry
In the summer months you can also travel to Breitenbrunn by ferry. The ferry runs from Podersdorf am See to Breitenbrunn and back. The journey takes about 30 minutes.
Travelling by car
Breitenbrunn am Neusiedler See is located directly on the B10, which leads from Vienna to Eisenstadt. It’s about 55 kilometres from Vienna and 40 kilometres from Vienna Airport. There are six charging points for electric cars with AC 22 7-22kW and AC 11 3.7-11kW on site.
Taxi on demand
If you don't want to walk to the new beach from the railway station, the Gmoabus closes the gap. You can order the barrier-free 8-seater bus at the desired time and place by calling.

We do not charge entrance fees at Neuer Strand.
